About the Campus

Holmes Gold Coast is located in the centre of Surfers Paradise, only a minute from the new GLink tram station. The campus is in the Circle on Cavill retail district with a supermarket, sports gym, medical centre, restaurants, and cafes only meters away. The famous Cavill Avenue and Surfer’s Paradise Beach are less than 5 minutes’ walk away. The campus is a modern, spacious, and well equipped with the latest technology catering to students across many courses.

Academic resources are the core to a successful study journey and our resource centre is equipped with the latest texts for all of our courses, computer and printing facilities provide a quiet space where students can work on assessments, meet in a quiet studious environment and get assistance and advice from staff.

The student kitchen area has multiple microwave ovens, a fridge freezer, sink with hot and cold water, and hot water kettle available for students looking to have a meal while at the campus. Students can gather, relax and communicate outside of a classroom in the student lounge and outside on the patio area overlooking the Circle on Cavill jumbo screen. All our lecture rooms are fitted with lecture furniture, computer and audio visual equipment allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the learning content delivered by our excellent lecturers. A quiet consultation room is available for students to meet with lecturers and receive individual help.
